This is Kim Dolan Leto. She is a fitness model and champion. She is 43 years old!!
She has a website targeted at helping moms get healthy and fit. It has stories and photos of other inspirational moms. Check it out HERE! Just a warning...Some of the muscles and photos are a little over the top for me, but impressive nonetheless. There are some fairly, um, revealing photos of ultra muscular women, but there are also some that are more conservative.
Kim also has an excellent blog on the Oxygen magazine website that has a lot of really helpful information and advice. Check it out HERE! I will include a few of her most helpful posts here on our blog.
