Water Concoction

Jillian Michaels recipe for losing 5 pounds in 7 days!

Pour 60 ounces of distilled or pure water in a pitcher.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar free cranberry juice.
Add 1 dandelion root tea bag.
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Drink the 60 ounces cold every day for 7 days.

This recipe works because it helps flush out excess water weight your body is carrying around. You could lose more than 5 pounds in 7 days depending on how much excess water weight you have.

*Be careful not to squeeze everything out of the inside of the tea bag or your water is going to taste gritty and gross! Trust me, I learned the hard way! Around day 3 you may notice bloating, but for me this passed the next day.
