I have been inspired by ya'll and have decided to start my own fitness blog to chronicle my journey from fat to fit. I will post many of the posts on this blog as well, but the more personal stuff will just be over there. Feel free to check in on me any time you like. My blog's name Brownies to Broccoli.
Some of you have wanted to follow the workout schedule I have just begun, so I am posting the workouts on my blog so you can follow along with me. If you don't know how to do the exercises, just give them a quick online search. There are always several explanations/diagrams/videos available. But before you begin, be sure to read my post about My Workout Method.
Remember, you are all still welcome to workout in my basement whenever you like. And if I am home, I am happy to help you in any way I can.
I will also be sure to post photos and measurements on my blog as I progress. No snickering allowed! ;)
