Also, here are her responses to the top food, physical and mental changes she's made.
Food: My top 5 food changes are...#1, eat often and regularly #2 eat smart (veggies, high protein) #3 don't let myself get hungry #4 hmmm, oh, don't stress if I cheat, cuz I'm gonna #5, enjoy what I'm eating.
Physical: Losing weight, inches, pants falling off during PE at school (almost), my 'bra-cket' getting too big to hold my phone securely :)
Mental: Mental, wanting to be able to run.....(still don't like it) but getting better, thinking ahead about what I need to eat, make sure I have it. Ummm, oh, liking the nice comments I get :) Oh, and the best part is friendships, old and new. Support is amazing!
I am so impressed by the determination Brina has had to keep at it. She is ever so quietly throwing up BIG numbers on the scale each week but definitely making a life change vs. rushing through for short term results. She's a great example of how just even small changes can make a huge difference!
